What you need to know before registering
This form contains the information you need before completing your registration, as required by Turkish consumer law.

2. Service
The right to attend the selected training programme. Title, dates, hours, venue and full address, delivery mode, language and instructor are shown on the course page and in the registration summary.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown including VAT; no additional charges apply. Early registration discounts are valid for a limited time and number of places. Payment by card through the Vakıfbank 3D Secure page or by bank transfer. Card details are never seen or stored by us.
4. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the contract date by writing to info@ariskinstitute.com and receive a full refund within 14 days, unless the service has started with their consent.
5. Cancellation and refund

All requests must be sent in writing to info@ariskinstitute.com. Approved refunds are made within 14 business days to the original payment method. If ARI postpones or cancels a programme, participants receive a 100% refund or may transfer to the next programme. See Cancellation and Refund.
6. Complaints
Send requests and complaints to info@ariskinstitute.com. You may also apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court.
7. Consent
By ticking the box in the registration form you confirm that you have read this form and accept the Distance Sales Agreement.
