Distance Sales Agreement
Agreement for the sale of training services
This agreement is concluded electronically under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation between the SELLER below and the BUYER who purchases a training service at ariskinstitute.com. The Turkish version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

2. Buyer
The individual or legal entity whose name, contact and invoicing details are declared in the registration form.
3. Subject and service
The right to attend the selected classroom, online or blended training programme. Course title, dates, hours, venue and full address, language, instructor and the total price including VAT are shown on the course page and in the registration summary before purchase. Early registration prices are limited in time and number of places and may end before the stated date once the participant limit is reached.
4. Payment
Payment can be made by debit/credit card through the Vakıfbank secure payment page (3D Secure) or by bank transfer. Card details are entered on the bank page and are never seen or stored by the Seller. An invoice is issued after payment.
5. Performance
The training is delivered on the dates and at the place stated in the registration summary. For online courses the access link is emailed beforehand.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the contract date without giving reasons by writing to info@ariskinstitute.com; the full amount is refunded within 14 days. The right does not apply to services that have started with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period ends.
7. Cancellation and refund
After the withdrawal period, or for corporate registrations, the following applies:

All requests must be sent in writing to info@ariskinstitute.com. Approved refunds are made within 14 business days to the original payment method. If ARI postpones or cancels a programme, participants receive a 100% refund or may transfer to the next programme. See Cancellation and Refund.
8. Intellectual property
All course materials belong to the Seller or the respective licensor (e.g. NFPA) and may not be copied, distributed or used commercially.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed under Law No. 6698. See the Privacy Notice and Privacy and Security Policy.
10. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye are competent within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
11. Entry into force
By ticking the consent box and completing the registration, the Buyer accepts this agreement. A registration summary is sent to the Buyer's email address.
