Cancellation and Refund
Registration cancellation
Below are the cancellation, refund, and participant replacement procedures for training and seminar programs organized by Associated Risk Institute (ARI).
Full Refund
For written cancellations received 30 calendar days or more prior to the start date of the program, a 100% refund will be issued without deduction.
50% Refund / Substitution
For cancellations requested between 14 to 29 calendar days before the course, a 50% refund applies. Free participant substitution is available during this period.
No Refund
Cancellations requested less than 14 calendar days prior to the training start date are non-refundable and non-transferable to future dates.
General Terms and Procedures
1. Submitting Cancellation Requests
All cancellation and modification requests must be officially submitted in writing to info@ariskinstitute.com. Verbal or telephone notifications will not be processed.
2. Participant Substitution
Reassigning a registration to another participant is permitted free of charge if written notification is received by ARI at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled training date.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days following the confirmation date, using the original payment method (credit card or bank transfer).
4. Cancellations or Rescheduling by ARI
If a program is postponed or canceled by ARI due to unforeseen circumstances or minimum group requirements, participants will receive a 100% full refund or option to transfer registration to a future session.
