How the training service is delivered
What you purchase on this site is a training service, not a physical product; nothing is shipped.
1. Delivery
- Classroom courses take place at the date, time and full address shown in your registration summary.
- Online courses: the access link is emailed at least 24 hours before the start.
- Multi-day courses may run on non-consecutive days; every day is listed on the course page and in the summary.
2. Confirmation
You receive a confirmation email with your reference number. Members can also follow all registrations under My account.
3. Materials and certificates
Printed materials are handed out in class; digital materials are shared by email or link. Certificates are issued after completion; for certified programmes, timing depends on the certifying body.
4. Changes
If we reschedule or cancel, you may transfer to the new date or receive a full refund. See Cancellation and Refund.
