Privacy and Security Policy

We care about the security of the information you share with us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. What we collect

• Account and registration details: name, email, phone, job title, city and invoicing details.
• Transaction details: registration reference, course, amount, payment method and status.
• Technical data: masked IP address, browser and device type, pages visited.

2. Why

To create your account and registration, issue invoices, answer your requests, send course announcements if you consent, and keep the site secure. We never sell or rent your data.

3. Payment security

• Card payments are taken on the Vakıfbank secure payment page (3D Secure).
• Card number, expiry date and CVV are never entered on, seen by or stored on our site.
• All pages are served over an encrypted SSL (HTTPS) connection.
• Account passwords are stored irreversibly hashed.

4. Sharing

Only with the bank processing your payment, our accounting provider, authorities entitled by law, and — for certified programmes — the minimum data required by the certifying body (e.g. NFPA).

5. Retention

Registration and invoice records are kept for 10 years as required by tax law. Account data is kept until you delete your account.

6. Cookies

Non-essential cookies run only with your consent. Change your choice any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.

7. Your rights

Exercise your rights under Law No. 6698 by writing to info@ariskinstitute.com. We respond within 30 days.
